Edinburgh is the capital city of Scotland, and the people of the Middle Ages and Georgian architecture are fascinated. With the development of city technology, it is divided into two parts in terms of architecture: Old City and New City. Let’s start with a list of places to visit in Edinburgh, where the J. Elephant House Cafe, the place where J. Rowling begins writing Harry Potter. A Minor Note: In fact, I do mention every place I write in my text, but I will continue to specify it anyway. Each score I give is based on the score I got when I traveled. Sometimes I score not only places to visit but also hostels and other things, but the rationale is the same. Old City Part Holyrood Palace: One of the royal palaces of the royal family. If they are not there during your visit to the royal family, they are opening their doors to tourists. I would recommend visiting this magnificent palace. Edinburgh Castle: The castle is dominated by a castle and the man is fascinated. I say mush because I left the group and ate the food because I was hungry while I was heading towards Kaley. Later, I could not find the group again, but I did not go up to the top of it, even if I did not go to the front of the castle. If you go to see a recommendation and go with a band, do not leave the band. Arthur’s Seat: Outside the city center, especially the sunrise and sunset view, and the volcanic hill that fascinates you. If you are going, either reach the peak at sunrise or sunset and enjoy the scenery. Do not forget to take a snack while your farewell, enjoy the scenery. St Giles’ Cathedral: Cathedrals we have often used to see in the United Kingdom. There is a dark air that affects people. Look at the Royal Mile when it’s gone, it’s probably going to take a look. Royal Mile: The Turkish Royal Road is taking you to tourist areas as you continue to follow the walk. One by one like a ladder that takes you from day to day. 17. and 18. It is in front of the constellations of the century. Cowgate: It’s a kind of doorway that I’m sure is very scary at night, or a gateway to the rest of the world. Be careful when passing the nights mille Heart of MidLothian: Heart shaped motif shaped stones laid around the Royal Road. The nation cares about an unnecessary detail, I think. The Elephant House: A cafe where J.K Rowling goes to warm up and begins to create a perfect piece like Harry Potter. For this reason you can wait for the table. I ordered chocolate muffin and latte and both were delicious especially the muffin was excellent. The prices are not expensive according to UK conditions. Do not think that everything is expensive according to Turkish standards. I’ll leave it to the café’s web address. New City Section Scott Monument: This huge monument is 61 meters high, but if you are not mistaken, it is made as a memorial on the death of the famous novelist Walter Scott, and the grave is located among the four pillars of the monument. Princes Street: Princes Street is the last stop of places to write excursions in Edinburgh. Briefly New City’s shopping mall. It is possible to find many famous shops on the street. Ideal place for those who want to shop. Outside of them there are Highland Tours, going to Skye north of Scotland. I usually go to one of the 3-day tours, which is ideal for ample nature scenery. I explain the detail in another article.
